CHS is moving to Burroughs

In April MPS officials informed CHS that there was not enough room in the Juneau Campus for CHS next year. MPS officials offered two choices for a new site. Over the spring intersession, CHS decided that the Burroughs location was the better option.
For many of our families, the move will not be a major change. MPS officials analyzed where our families live and learned that most live more or less between the Juneau and Burroughs Campuses.
For others, though, the move to Burroughs may be more difficult.
Note: CHS will continue to offer yellow bus transportation to all families who live 2 or more miles away from the Burroughs Campus.
There will be an informational at the Juneau building May 23. MPS officials from family services and transportation will be available to answer any questions you may have. Their goal is to help make the transition to next year as smooth as possible.
